Builder’s World South Africa’s largest home improvement and building materials specialist with 96 stores within South Africa and a combined 5 stores branching out into Botswana, Mozambique and Zambia.
Responsibilities

• Collect and return refunds voucher books from banking
• Issue Refunds Vouchers to Customers
• Process yard returns
• print audit roll for all refunded goods daily
• Deal with customer enquiries promptly
• Ensure sufficient cash and change on hand
• Ensure goods are returned to the correct department

Qualifications

• Grade Twelve Certificate
• Diploma in any business related field
• Two years related experience
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer orientation and high level of integrity
• Well-developed communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
